Celebrating the Graduates of the Building Women Program

ATEC is proud to congratulate the 15 participants who graduated from the Building Women Program on Wednesday, 17 June, celebrating the successful completion of seven weeks of hands-on learning, personal growth and industry engagement.

Delivered at ATEC's Lonsdale training facility, the program saw participants complete the Introduction to Construction Skill Set course under the guidance of Damien Pawson, ATEC's Assistant RTO Operations Manager. Throughout the program, participants gained practical experience across a range of construction activities, developing valuable skills, confidence and industry knowledge to support their future careers.

Beyond the practical training, the Building Women Program provided participants with mentoring, industry exposure and personal development opportunities, helping them build the confidence and connections needed to pursue employment pathways within the construction industry.

It has been a privilege for ATEC to support each participant throughout their journey and witness the determination, resilience and growth they demonstrated over the seven-week program.

ATEC extends its sincere thanks to Building Women for partnering with us to deliver this inspiring initiative and for creating meaningful opportunities for women looking to build rewarding careers in construction.
